Frequently Asked Questions
How many frames do I have to order?
Order as many as you think you will be able to sell to the parents, the relatives or the friends of the pupils, or as many as you think it takes to arrange an art exhibition. The more the better for you. There is no minimum order.
How long will it take for the frames to reach our school?
Allow 3 working days, unless unforeseen circumstances such as a postal strike are in force.
Are your frames environmentally friendly?
We can all be more aware of the environment and here we are no different. Our parent company is investing in research into "organic" plastics which, hopefully will be incorporated into the design of the frames.
What should I do if I experience difficulties ordering over the website?
Get in touch and order over the phone. Frames can just as easily be dispatched this way.
What price should I set for the frames?
Choose a price that you can realistically charge people for the frame, but also one that gives you a nice tidy return. We recommend a price in the region of £5-£6.
Is postage and package included in the price of the frame?
No. Postage and packaging is charged at the normal rate for deliveries within the UK. Fundraising Frames has a DHL distribution account that charges according to the dead weight of the frames being delivered.
Can I send the products back if I am not happy with them?
Yes, provided they are not damaged and are sent back in good condition. Please see our returns policy for a more comprehensive answer.
What should I do if I have leftover frames?
IWe run on a sale and return basis. Therefore you only raise money on the frames that you purchase. Whatever frames you have left can be sent back to us, and the cost price reimbursed. Or hold on to them and keeep them for the next Fundraising Frames event. See our returns policy to learn about our fundraising promise.
