Can you send them back?
Of course you can (after all, we don't want you to lose money by being stuck with unsold stock), but we're certain that you won't need to.
In fact, we're so sure that you'll sell every single frame that - provided you don't order more frames than your role number - we guarantee not to charge you for unsold stock. And we will arrange the collection and return of the frames.
All we ask is that you do your very best to keep any unused frames as clean and mark free as you expect to receive them.
And, of course, you have you statutory rights - if the frames arrive and you don't like them, just send them back and we won't send you a bill.
Please note that all goods remain the property of Quincom Ltd. until proof of purchase is received. Payment is due upon receipt of goods. Customers will be issued will a credit note for any unsold stock returned.
